Our crews' day-to-day duty in our customers' site includes, but not limiting to automotive part assembling, welding, repairs, and maintenance.
There is no "just another day on the job". Our crew in Tristar Technology engages new challenges almost every day. Albeit the daily routine in the assembly line, there are extraordinary circumstances when specialized knowledge and skills are required.
Photos showing our crew's duty in one of our clients' factory - FRL servicing and repairing the welding machine.
Fastening nuts is likened to "breathing" in the automotive industry. For wheel assembling, we raised the bar of efficiency and precision by building a specialised nut runner system.
Tristar Technology has the expertise for building and customizing a fully operational nut running system with variable settings to achieve a unified and balanced torque according to our customer's requirement – fastening rotators, control boards and software systems.
These photos show the custom made configurable nut runner system which we've built for one of our customers.
Machines are just made of mechanical parts, so does the tools, and malfunctioning do happen. Our team in Tristar could handle on site repairs; reducing non-service down time when sending broken tools or parts back to the manufacturer for rectification.
Not only we could carry out immediate on-site repairs for broken tools, our technical personnel are skilled in torque checking and calibration as well. Tools must be in the top-most condition for error free best results in production.
Here shows the electrical tool repair and torque calibration works done by some of Tristar's technical personnel.
Many of our customers adopt the Kaizen methodology, so do we in Tristar. There is a periodic cycle of review in what is to be improved in our cycle of operation. Be it in process workflow or even the slightest things which contributes to production improvement e.g. storage system for tools.
We understand that many of our clients’ are very cost sensitive. In many occasions, we build things by ourselves instead in relying on external procuring party – and yes, we enjoy it.
Here shows the jig and some of the storage system which we build for our customers. We optimize our tools and storage system according to Kaizen’s principles, always having the mindset of improvement and simplifying things.
Our crew are also deployed to client factory sites with rotating duty shifts. Spot on meetings are conducted for all crew to be aligned before the duty is handed to the next shift of personnel.
Daily briefings of our crew in our client's factory like the photo shown is a must so that all personnel are clearly communicated and well understood of operational duties for the shift.
Task accomplished is also accounted by the team leader or the responsible task manager.
